A. Overview
Do you have an analysis, essay, opinion, or story to share on consular affairs, diplomacy, migration, security, or travel? The Consular Magazine is open to all, from students to professionals and researchers.
Covering fields from international relations and law to information technology and beyond, the scope is broad. For instance, topics may include protecting nationals abroad, handling visa processes, addressing legal migration challenges, or designing buildings for embassies and consulates.
The Magazine invites as well formats such as book reviews, case studies, interviews, op-eds, policy notes, and reports. Note: academic articles should be directed to The Consular Journal.
By contributing to this open-access platform, authors share their work with a broad, global audience.
B. Process
Email the title, full text, and a brief biography in a single .docx document to contact@consularaffairs.org.
Submissions are typically reviewed within one week.
A private draft version will be presented for the author's approval.
